Saar The Essence follows a friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of stress and are enjoyable. Please read through the following terms and conditions before making a purchase.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
If you have any issue related to size or any defect/damage with the product delivered, please contact us within 48 hours from the date of delivery on our WhatsApp No: 9717565764
Once acknowledged by Saar The Essence team during the next working day, please send the product back to us yourself. Do not forget to take the acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his/her signature and mobile number.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.
For hassle-free returns, we recommend you to take a video while opening the parcel in case of any damage/defect that may have occurred during transit.
